We are honoured to be supported once again by an organisation very close to our hearts, The Steve Burne Charitable Trust.

As many of our supporters know, Steve Burne was a brilliant man who was a big supporter of Ronald McDonald House Charities UK, especially here in Manchester as the Chairman of our Manchester Board of Governors. He was dedicated to doing whatever he could to help our families and was so passionate about raising money to help improve so many lives when they had a child in hospital.

in 2017, Steve was sadly diagnosed with cancer and eventually lost his brave battle in October 2018. Before he passed away, along with family and friends, Steve raised an astonishing £400,000 to enable us to convert five communal rooms in the Manchester House into bedrooms, including three larger rooms for long-term families.

His beautiful family wish to continue his legacy, which is why The Steve Burne Charitable Trust was created in order to carry on the brilliant work he was so passionate about.

The Trust aim to raise vital funds for a variety of charities in the North West, especially those which were close to Steve's heart, including Ronald McDonald House Charities UK and The Christie.

Thank you to Lisa, Daniel, Adam and the whole family for their continued support.
